We have strong links with a network of foreign correspondents.

- General insurance and re-insurance
- CIF & FOB contract disputes
- Shipping related personal injury claims
- Bunker disputes
- Drafting of charterparties, bills of lading and slot charter agreements
- Advice in relation to marine and non-marine insurance (transit and warehousing), including drafting of contracts
- Sale and purchase of vessels and rigs
- Drafting and preparation of all security documentation together with registration in appropriate flag states in connection with ship purchase transactions

The firm engages in Court litigation as well as LMAA, FOSFA, GAFTA & ICC arbitrations. We also act on behalf of our clients in instructing foreign correspondents and following up legal proceedings abroad. We are familiar with the laws of the major maritime and trading nations.
